Installed a complete rigid duct board system for the Fort Myers location of the J. McLaughlin retail store inside of the Daniel's Marketplace.

This office remodel project consisted of the replacement of (5) VAVs, all feeding the same office space. 

As well as the installation of all new metal duct work for each system, all with external duct wrap insulation installed by our highly skilled and diverse team.

VAV systems are highly efficient as they regulate the airflow to reach the desired temperature set point for each of their designated zones. (Variable Air Volume)

We had the pleasure in providing the ventilation equipment and louvers for Lee County Mosquito Control's new storage facility. 

This facility located at the Buckingham private airport included the installation of (2) COOK Exhaust fans, as well as (6) 30" x 30" Ruskin Louvers.  

Assisted on this project in completing the sheet metal scope of work.
